Relax on the water without the crowds and traffic of the beach. Water Access & Dock The private dock includes an attached floating dock that can be moved into deeper water for lounging, fishing, and kid-friendly splash time. The main dock sits in shallow water—best suited for 14' or skiff-style boats with tilt engines. Deeper-hulled boats may have difficulty during low tide. For safety, water shoes are highly recommended to avoid cuts from oyster shells. And for the chef in your group, the river provides plenty of oysters, clams, and fresh fish to turn into a memorable dinner on the back deck. Kitchen: Updated, fully equipped, and stocked with cookware, appliances, gadgets, soap, detergent, sponges, and paper towels. Living Room: Two couches, a 55" electric fireplace, 65" TV, a variety of books, and 180° river views through large windows. Sliding door leads directly to the back deck. Dining Room: River-view windows and comfortable seating for family meals. Bathroom: Conveniently located across from the main-floor bedroom. Upstairs Master Bedroom: King bed, private full bathroom, smart TV, dresser, closet, and balcony overlooking the front yard.
